- What are your attorney and accountant’s contact information?
- What is the name of the entity to be valued? How is the entity formed (ie. LLP, LLC, etc)?
- What is the purpose of the valuation?
- How will the deliverable be used?
- How did you hear about Adams Capital?
- What is the interest to be valued?
- What is the valuation date?
- Is the entity an operating or holding company? If it is an operating company, please refer to our business valuation initial contact information questions.
- Does the entity directly invest in tangible and intangible assets or indirectly through other partnerships? If so, what is the nature of the entity’s investment into those partnerships (control/marketability restrictions)?
- What type of assets does the entity hold? What is your estimate of their value as of the Valuation Date?
- Will values be provided for all assets?
- Does a real estate valuation need to be performed?
- Are there any specific timelines that need to be considered in our deliverable due dates?
- Are there any unique issues we should be aware of (ie. litigation, IRS audit, key persons, union activity, etc)?
