4. How will the deliverable be used?
5. How did you hear about Adams Capital?
6. Please describe the scope of assets to be valued in terms of:
   1. Number of assets to be appraised
   2. Size of all facilities
   3. Total dollar cost of fixed assets
   4. Net book value of fixed assets
   5. Annual maintenance budget
7. What is the valuation date?
8. What is the age/condition of the fixed assets?
9. Is there any owned or leased real property?
10. Are there any specific timelines that need to be considered in our deliverable due dates?
11. Email a current fixed asset listing as of the valuation date.
12. How does your current fixed asset listing differ from what is actually on the ground?
13. Please describe the process for being able to find and identify actual fixed assets using your fixed asset listing (ie. fixed asset tags which match records, location identifiers in records, etc). How accurate are any location identifiers in your current fixed asset listing?
14. Are there any unique issues we should be aware of (ie. litigation, IRS audit, key persons, union activity, etc)?
