Professional Background Mr. Dykhuizen is a manager for Adams Capital, Inc. He is an expert in the valuation of businesses and business interests for the purposes of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate recapitalization, gift and estate tax planning, litigation and financial and tax reporting. Prior to joining Adams Capital, Inc., Mr. Dykhuizen was a merger and acquisitions manager for a Fortune 100 company. In addition, Mr. Dykhuizen practiced business valuation services with an international "Big Six" accounting firm and an international litigation consulting firm. Education, Professional Affiliations, and Writings Mr. Dykhuizen received a BBA in accounting from the University of Georgia and an MBA with a finance emphasis from Texas A&M University. Mr. Dykhuizen is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Dykhuizen was also co-author of a national business valuation course sponsored by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants entitled Estate and Gift Tax, Mergers and Acquisitions - Case Study. Professional Experience Mr.
Dykhuizens accomplishments include serving as a key member of
the deal team which targeted, evaluated, negotiated and closed a $7.7
billion acquisition for a Fortune 100 company. He also
played a key role in the evaluation and negotiation of several joint
venture proposals for a telecommunications subsidiary involving the
provision of local access and PCS services. Other experiences
include providing sell-side assistance to a regional radio broadcasting
concern based in the Southeast, providing technology and business valuation
assistance to an RBOC client, and providing sell-side assistance to
a digital imaging software company. Other industry experience
includes the valuation of energy, automotive, healthcare, food (processing
and distribution), industrial equipment, furniture retail, mining, chemical,
