Kyle Landers
Professional Background Mr. Landers is an expert in the valuation of businesses and business interests for the purposes of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate recapitalization, gift and estate tax planning, litigation and financial and tax reporting. As a valuation analyst for Adams Capital, Inc., Mr. Landers is responsible for valuing businesses using cash flow analysis, performing market comparisons and appraising individual assets. Prior to joining Adams Capital, Mr. Landers was an asset manager for a financial planning and investment management firm where he managed investment portfolios for high net worth individuals. Education and Professional Affiliations Mr. Landers received a BBA in finance from the University of Mississippi and an MBA in finance from Georgia State University. He is a candidate for Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst exam. Professional Experience Mr. Landers has experience valuing closely held businesses, derivatives, employee stock options, employee stock ownership plans (ESOP), intangibles, machinery and equipment, partnerships, restricted stock, and securities. He also has experience with blockage discount studies, due diligence, international cost of capital studies, marketability discount studies, minority discount studies and solvency opinions. His accomplishments include assisting a company with the design of stock options and restricted stock grants for key employees. Mr. Landers industry experience includes advertising, construction, engineering, financial institutions, high technology, hotels and motels, insurance, investment, manufacturing, media distribution, restaurants, telecommunications and trucking. |
