Mr. Graham received a BS in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.

Professional Experience

Mr. Graham has experience in performing financial analysis, credit evaluation, and underwriting for open lines of credit for industrial products customers, individual consumer lines of credit, acquirer/merchant services accounts, and large corporate to small business Procurement and Travel & Entertainment card programs. He also has performed financial due diligence on potential outsourcing vendors and prepared business unit management reports. Mr. Graham also served as Credit/Operations Manager in Wachovia’s consumer credit card New Accounts area, where he streamlined and documented many critical processes and led the Workflow/Queuing development team in the design phase of a new application processing system project.

Mr. Graham's industry experience includes industrial applications, technical sales, consumer finance, financial institutions, consumer credit services, corporate and small business credit services, merchant services, and risk management.
