Mr. Miller is a senior valuation consultant at Adams Capital, Inc. Mr. Miller’s experience includes: privately held business valuation, tangible and intangible asset valuation, and quantification of discounts for lack of marketability, blockage, control and fractional ownership interests. While with Adams Capital, Mr. Miller has focused on the valuation of privately held business enterprise interests for tax compliance purposes and the valuation of tangible and intangible assets for financial reporting.

Mr. Miller’s industry experience includes architecture, construction and contracting, distribution and wholesaling, engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, security, and technology.

Prior to joining Adams Capital, Inc., Mr. Miller was employed as an associate at Willamette Management Associates. At Willamette he performed business valuations and economic analyses for privately held business enterprises, employee stock ownership plans, and closely held business interests.
