Mr. Johnston is a manager at Adams Capital, Inc. Mr. Johnston’s experience includes: privately held business valuation, fixed and intangible asset valuation, transaction advisory, board presentations, quantification of discounts for lack of marketability, blockage, control and stock option and warrant valuation for private businesses. While with Adams Capital, Mr. Johnston has focused on the valuation of tangible and intangible assets in mergers and acquisitions for purchase price allocation.

Mr. Johnston’s industry experience includes automotive, mining, healthcare, telecommunications, software, distribution, resort and hospitality, real estate, credit card processing, and chemicals.

Prior to joining Adams Capital, Inc., Mr. Johnston was employed in the Financial Management Training Program, a leadership development program of Siemens Energy & Automation. At Siemens he worked in business planning, financial analysis, cost accounting, and merger roles.
