Ms. Bhargava is a Manager at Adams Capital, LLC. She previously worked at Knowcraft Analytics Pvt. Ltd. and Deloitte, where she specialized in valuing privately held businesses and shareholder interests for financial reporting, tax planning, and management purposes.  

Ms. Bhargava's business valuation expertise spans buy-side and sell-side advisory, transaction advisory, litigation support, gift and estate tax planning, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as valuations involving complex capital structures, purchase price allocations, portfolios, goodwill impairment, intellectual property and other intangible assets.
